Hope this helps you and other G73JH-A1 users. I think this is for another thread though. I am having an issue with my G73JH-A1 freezing when running Windows 10. As an FYI, Windows Update in Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 is known to push machines rather hard and the fans will spin up when Windows Update is doing it's thing. They spin up when the machine is working hard, but quite down when it's done. I'm not having any problems with either the GPU or CPU cooling fans. I can't control the screen brightness however everything else such as volume and keyboard lighting works perfectly so far. My G73JH-A1 is using the default Windows 10 drivers that Windows 10 installed on it's own except for the ATK package for the Hot Keys.
